UK MAINLAND
Orders are charged at £4.50 including vat (£3.75 + vat) and will be added to your order value at the checkout. *subject to the areas listed below
All orders will either be sent by First Class Post, UPS, UK Mail or FedEX on an overnight (next working day) service (subject to availability), a signature is required to take delivery, if no one is available to sign then a card will be left so that you can contact the delivering depot to arrange another delivery or collect. Please note couriers will only hold items for 7 days from date of attempted delivery before the items are returned to us. If items are returned we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.

Orders up to 2 kg will either be sent by First Class Post or Royal Mail Standard Parcels which could take up to 5 working days. Orders over 2kg in total will require an additional carriage charge, please contact us for further details.

ISLE OF MAN, SCOTTISH ISLANDS, ISLE OF WIGHT and NORTHERN IRELAND.
Orders up to 2 kg will either be sent by First Class Post or Royal Mail Standard Parcels which could take up to 5 working days. Orders over 2kg in total will require an additional carriage charge, please contact us for further details.

CHANNEL ISLANDS
Orders under 2kg will either be sent by First Class Post or Royal Mail Standard Parcels which could take up to 5 working days. *Due to changes in Royal Mail Parcels policy orders over 2kg are classed as International Parcels and are subject to an additional carriage charge which is dependent on weight. Please contact before ordering or place you order and we will contact you, if you are then not happy with the additional carriage you will be able to cancel

Delivery Schedule 
Our usual delivery will be 1-3 working days from receipt of order (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays).Should we be unable to do this we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you of the expected delivery date. You will be given the option to cancel your order if the delivery date is not acceptable.
All items posted by First Class Royal Mail should be received within 5 days. However, Royal Mail indicates that an item is not classed as lost until 15 working days from date of dispatch. We cannot offer a refund or send items again until these 15 working days have expired. 

Items sent by Overnight Courier should arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, although sometimes, due to extenuating circumstances, it may take 48 hours for items to reach their destination. If you have not received your goods by 72 hours after date of dispatch please contact us on 0161 797 3000 where we will track and trace the item. 

Please note we do not process payment until the goods are ready for dispatch.
IMPORTANT - If the item is delivered damaged you have two options
1.Sign for it as damaged
2. Refuse the delivery
In either case you must notify us within 24 hours by email or phone.
If there are parts missing from your delivery you must notify us within 24 hours or we cannot make a claim for missing goods and cannot replace them free of charge.
